David Bailis: Senior Director of Operations
David Bailis, Senior Director of Operations, oversees the day-to-day operations of the Education Services division. Dave has years of experience creating content and managing service providers for a number of publishing companies. He has held leadership roles at National Geographic, Symmetry Creative Production, and Tighe Publishing. Before moving into his current role, Dave was Westchester's Content Director for STEM; he still leads select Math programs. This interview shares more about Dave's extensive background in education.

Rebecca Durose-Croft: Content Director & Curriculum Specialist
Rebecca Durose-Croft, Content Director and Curriculum Specialist oversees the development of our UK and international education projects. Rebecca brings a wealth of experience in Educational Publishing, having previously worked in Editorial and Project Management roles for Oxford University Press, Pearson Education, Cambridge University Press, and Marshall Cavendish. Rebecca has worked across print, digital, and online platforms and has extensive knowledge of UK and international curricula.

Walter Henderson, Jr.: Senior Supervising Editor, ELT
Walter Henderson, Jr., Senior Supervising Editor, ELT, leads our English Language Training, Bilingual Materials, and Translation content program. Prior to joining Westchester Education Services, Walter was a Senior Fellow for the U.S. Department of State. He was assigned to missions conducted by the U.S. Embassy in locations including Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Chile, and Ecuador to provide ELT training, curriculum, and materials development, and to promote ELT for the U.S. Government. Additionally, Walter has provided ELT content development services for a number of publishers including National Geographic Learning, Cambridge University Press, Macmillan Education, and Pearson Education.

Mark DaGrossa: Director of Creative Services
Mark DaGrossa, Director of Creative Services, sets the design direction for Westchester Education Services and oversees all art, illustration, and design work. Mark worked in Mazer’s design division for 20 years before starting his own studio, Folio Designhaus, which serviced the educational and commercial markets.

Nilofer Ali: Resources Manager and DEI Committee Lead
Nilofer Ali, Resources Manager and DEI Committee Lead, is responsible for the recruiting, onboarding, and management of the freelance talent contracted for client projects. Additionally, she has implemented an internship program in coordination with colleges in the Dayton, Ohio area to increase awareness for students, particularly those from populations historically underrepresented in educational publishing, about the career opportunities available to them. Prior to joining Westchester Education Services, Nilofer worked as a teacher in private and public PreK-8 classrooms with diverse populations in urban, suburban, and virtual settings.
