
Tim Davies: CEO, Westchester Group UK
Tim Davies is CEO of Westchester Group UK, comprising Westchester Publishing Services UK Ltd, River Editorial, and Westchester Education UK & International. His previous positions include Managing Director at The History Press, Sales Director at Oxford University Press and Faber & Faber, Key Account Director at Baker & Taylor UK, plus various non-exec and interim roles, including Chairperson at Authoright PR and Director at Compass IPS.
Tim has a business development, sales, and marketing background, and has extensive experience across multiple sectors including education and edtech, academic, trade and literary publishing, author services, PR, and distribution.
Tim also holds a PGCert in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, gained at Oxford Brookes, and is proud to be a mentor on the Independent Publishers’ Guild Mentor Programme.

Julie Willis: Editorial Director & Systems Lead
Julie has worked in publishing for 26 years, following a career in public relations in which her clients included First Great Western and British Telecom.
She has a postgraduate diploma in magazine journalism and worked for PR Week before working in PR.
She joined the team at the University of Exeter Press after relocating to South-West England before moving on to lead a team of 20 production editors and managers, working for clients including Taylor & Francis, The British Museum, SAGE, and ICE (The Chartered Institute of Civil Engineers).
During this time she worked with suppliers to improve pre-editing software and online copyediting and proofing platforms, alongside other roles including human resources, accounts, book and journal project management and business development.
She set up River Editorial in 2020 with Rosie Stewart and continues to manage accounts for book and journal publishers, along with clients outside the publishing industry. She has a role in new business procurement and is a member of Westchester's software development focus group.
Her most recent qualification is a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) award in management and leadership.
River Editorial was acquired by Westchester Publishing Services UK Ltd in March 2021.

Rosie Stewart: Editorial Director & Business Development Lead
Rosie has been working in publishing since 2009 after graduating from the University of Exeter with a first-class degree in English Literature with French and German Studies. After establishing a firm foundation in academic production and editorial services as team leader at Florence Production, Rosie transitioned to journal management at Elsevier.
While overseeing the editorial and production processes for a portfolio of Elsevier's academic journals, Rosie was also involved in the testing and rollout of a bespoke customer services portal, interactive reporting tools, and ground-breaking workflow processes to streamline and expedite article publishing. Rosie also trained and mentored several intakes of new staff and interns.
After moving back to book production in 2017, Rosie formed River Editorial with Julie Willis in 2020, working with a portfolio of academic and education clients to provide exceptional project management and editorial services. Her roles have included project management, production services, editorial services, supplier management and business development.
River Editorial was acquired by Westchester Publishing Services UK Ltd in March 2021.

Grace Weir: Project Manager
Grace works as project manager, where she brings a background in copyediting and proofreading to the management of journals and books. Originally from the US, Grace graduated summa cum laude from Drake University with degrees in History and Sociology. In 2020, she moved to Scotland to pursue a postgraduate degree in publishing from the University of Stirling, joining the Westchester Publishing team in 2022.
Since joining the team, Grace has taken on the management of various journals, working closely with freelancers and authors to create quality, cohesive material. At Westchester, Grace has had the opportunity to spearhead developmental projects and engage with the wider publishing community. As project manager, she works with a range of clients and appreciates the variety that each day brings.

Christober Masilamani: Managing Director, Chennai
Christober is the Managing Director of Westchester Publishing Services’ wholly owned production facility in Chennai, India. He began his career as a 3B2 typesetter and later broadened his knowledge to work in all areas of publishing. Due to his passion for technology, Christober decided to focus his career on software development. Christober joined Westchester in 2013 as a senior software engineer and during his time here has spearheaded many technological initiatives to strengthen the operations. In 2020, he was promoted to Assistant General Manager, overseeing operations for digital conversion services. In 2021, Christober was promoted again to Director of Operations, with additional responsibility for the Journals and Technology division. He continues to work closely with members of the management teams in the US, UK, and India, to identify and develop innovative solutions to streamline workflows for publishers.

Mona Tiwary: Executive Director, Content Solutions, India
Mona joined Westchester Publishing Services in 2015 as the business head of our New Delhi facility, dedicated to managing and growing the India direct full-service business by partnering with production and marketing teams to identify and execute services that bring unparalleled value to customers.
Mona is an accomplished professional with nearly 20 years of experience in producing a multitude of print and digital products for top publishers catering to the US and UK markets.
Prior to joining Westchester, Mona was at Cenveo Publisher Services and MPS Limited, where she worked on nearly every discipline and for all market segments for books, including school, higher-education, academic, and trade, working with the project management and marketing and sales teams, quickly transitioning with her employer’s needs to directly manage new and existing customer relationships.
She spent five years with one of their biggest clients, leveraging her editorial and management background to service a growing customer base, and leading the team to the cutting edge of service excellence.

Terry Colosimo: Vice President, Editorial Services, USA
Terry joined Westchester in 2002, beginning her career in the Composition Department. Prior to Antares Publishing becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Westchester, Terry was integral in migrating their workflows to be reflective of the accuracy and efficiency of Westchester’s own processes.
In 2015, Terry was promoted to Director, Operations and was responsible for overseeing operations in Westchester’s US and India-based facilities. In January 2022, Terry further expanded her responsibilities and was promoted to Vice President, Editorial Services. Her combined experience over her career, especially working closely with compositors, printers, and editorial professionals, ensures that Westchester provides the highest levels of editorial quality, service, and delivery for each of their clients.
Prior to joining Westchester, Terry was the Production Manager of Digital Products at Greenwood Publishing Group. Terry earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Stonehill College and her Master’s in English from Northeastern University.

Tyler Carey: Chief Revenue Officer, USA
Tyler joined Westchester in 2014 and is responsible for generating new revenue and strengthening the relationships with Westchester’s US clients. Tyler’s technical expertise combined with his people skills enable him to thoroughly understand his client’s objectives, helping them secure the best solution to meet their needs. Key Westchester partners supported by Tyler include American Society for Microbiology, Crooked Lane, The MIT Press, Twelve Tables Press, and Brookings Institution Press.
Tyler has worked in publishing and technology for over 20 years, with a background that includes working at Wolters-Kluwer and Harris Connect. He has held roles in account management, sales, marketing, product development, social media management, and technology consulting.
