Sales Costing & Pricing Analyst (Publishing Services)
The Sales Costing & Pricing Analyst serves as a key member of the organisation’s Pricing Centre of Excellence, responsible for ensuring consistency, accuracy, and discipline in pricing across all client engagements. This role analyses service costs, pricing structures, margins, and profitability to support sales and business decision-making.
Working closely with Sales, Accounting, and Delivery teams, the Analyst develops structured pricing models for publishing services—including per-page, complexity-based, service/task, and project-based pricing—and ensures that proposals, rate cards, and invoices align with company profitability targets.
This role plays a critical part in helping the organisation grow competitively while maintaining margin integrity. The candidate selected for this position must have legal authorisation to work in the UK and will be expected to work 20 hours per week in a fully remote capacity. This position also requires occasional travel to the London metropolitan region to attend onsite meetings.

Freelance Opportunities
We have immediate opportunities available for UK and US-based copyeditors with proficiency in Chicago Manual of Style (CMOS), Modern Language Association (MLA) or American Psychological Association (APA) Style. Ability to edit using Microsoft® Word’s track changes function is required, and ability to copyedit on PDFs is sometimes necessary.
Additionally, we are currently recruiting copyeditors for trade nonfiction and fiction titles. Previous direct experience with trade copyediting is required. Demonstrated ability to work across a variety of content types, or multilingual experience are a plus.
We are also seeking developmental editors who are skilled at improving structure, clarity, and audience engagement, as well as freelance proofreaders and indexers.
